  The employees are not as friendly and "happy" I have been going to this location for quite a bit now, since this is right across where my office is and very convenient, despite of the vibes that the employees give from the teller-to-the banker, I continue to do my transactions here. Wednesday when I came to see if I can get my document notarized, the lady said that Alex, the banker will not be available til Friday after 9am. She declined to give any other informations or details of the appt. Friday came and I walked in the building at about 9:40- I was greeted at the door and I look immediately for Alex. Alex was the girl who happened to greet at the door, so I told her my purpose of visit. She says in verbatim: "I'm Alex, I am currently greeting right now til 10am and he is too (pointing at another banker) I will see if another can help you." She consulted another banker who was with another customer at the time. I waited for sometime, and decided to leave. On my way out, Alex greeted me and and she said next time to make an appt. I told her I did and it'a today- she smirk and just said "ahuh" My time is just as precious as theirs. i would have been okay for the inconvenience if she apologized for the time.

  The teller lady was very impatient and borderline rude ! I only dealt with one person I can't judge them all there are probably some good folks there, but for me it only takes one, one time.
