- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I used Mcnair years ago and would agree he is one of the best. My only issue is customer service. I have left 3 messages 2 on voicemail and one with the receptionist over a 3 week period. No return call. I call today and im told he is booked for 3 to 4 weeks out and if im okay with that than placed on hold to be told he said he cannot help me. Wow. A return phone call would have helped weeks ago. But it does not change he is a good guy and knows how to prepare taxes.By Michele Gomez- Leffall, August 22, 2017
